My research advances methods for developing environmental hazard alert systems and communication strategies to support improvements in human and ecosystem health. See Research.
Alongside my research, I co-Direct the Air Quality Communications Network, a global initiative that brings together diverse practitioners, researchers, artists, community workers, civil servants and healthcare specialists, to share, learn & evolve how we communicate about air pollution around the world. I also serve as an adviser to multiple air quality monitoring projects (Breathe London Communities, AWAIR Displays, etc.) and resident-led environmental groups aiming to improve air quality in the UK & beyond.
I was born in New York and grew up in Lausanne, Switzerland. I currently live in London, UK.
